We will endeavor to process requests within one month. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
LOCATION OF DATAFitnessCloud is based in the United Kingdom. We provide services globally using computer systems, servers, and databases located in the U.K. and other countries. When you use our services from outside of the U.K., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.K. Please note that U.K. data and privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Residents of certain countries may be subject to additional protections as set forth in Sections 10.2.

It is our policy to comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
