1) Box Jumps 鈥 4 x 3 reps
2) Med Ball Throw 鈥 4 x 3 reps
3) Loaded Prowler Sprints 鈥 4 x 10 meters
4) Back Squats 鈥 4 x 3-5 reps
5) Military Press 鈥 4 x 3-5 reps
6) Neck Isometrics 鈥 3 x 3 reps (5 second hold, 4 positions)
